Engine Fuel Filtration Products
RRT fuel and hydraulic filtration systems can be used in a variety of engine applications. They range in size from the smallest FMF1 to the multiple set up on the FMF4's. RRT fuel and hydraulic filtration systems will remove particle contamination and maintain your fuel or hydraulic fluid cleanliness at an acceptable ISO code.
FMF1
Suitable for use on small diesel engines, small gensets, hydraulic systems (up to 100 litre capacity) and remote engine installations. They are typically used on back hoes and forklifts (under 5 ton), trucks (under 2-4 ton) and agricultural equipment (less than 50 HP).
FMF2
Suitable for small to medium sized trucks, gensets, hydraulic systems (100-200 litre capacity) and remote engine installations and are typically used on 4-8 ton trucks, 5-12 ton forklifts, agricultural equipment, earthmoving equipment and gensets (50-200 HP).
FMF3
Typically used on trucks, agricultural equipment, earthmoving equipment and gensets (250-500 HP). They are also suitable for hydraulic systems (200-400 litre capacity).
FMF4
Often used in multiples on larger fuel systems, for example fuel pumps as well as larger hydraulic systems (400-800 litre capacity).
FM1000
This range of automotive products are suited to passenger cars and four wheel drives. The advantage in fitting the FM1000 range of filters is extended engine component life, lower emissions and extended oil drain intervals. Element change intervals are in line with current OEM recommendations. Diesel fuel quality is critical to the performance of today's hi-tech fuel injection systems. As many four wheel drives operate in harsh environments where fuel quality can be a problem, FM1000 units can be used on both fuel and oil to provide increased filtration protection for your engine. (Current four wheel drives require fitting of an electrical fuel pump to pressurise the fuel system).
